- Price: the Amazon price for the exact flavor and tub size we link, pulled through Amazon’s official product API every 8 hours. We don’t type prices by hand.
- Per serving: price ÷ servings per tub, using the serving count printed on the label.
- Per 20 g of protein: cost per serving × 20 ÷ grams of protein per serving (also from the label).
- 30-day low and trend: from our own daily price log, which starts November 3, 2026, so the trend lines get longer every day.
- What’s tracked: the 10 powders in our top 10, each in the size we recommend. Bigger tubs are often cheaper per gram, so check the size options on Amazon.

Why compare per 20 grams of protein instead of per tub?
Because tubs, scoops and protein per scoop all differ. Twenty grams is about one scoop for most powders in our top 10, so it puts every tub on the same scale.
